A nutrient that has a similar role as carbs, it gives energy to the body to work properly.

 

Fats are meant to be burnt during the day, which means fats that don't get burnt will have crucial role in weight gain.

 

Although eating eating too much fat is not good for the body, taking it out of the diet completely is bad for health and it may result in developing new issues. 

 

After all it is one of the three main nutrients and just like everything else, it is best to consume the right amount for best results.
